Being priced at $270 it is a lot more expensive than the Pax, Arizer Solo, MFLB, and any other High- Tech Firefly Portable Vaporizer currently available in the market. One thing that had seriously hit us on the wrong nerve about this vape is that it does not come along with an extended warranty like you would normally get with Pax so spending $270 on one of these seems a little out of the books as the warranty cushion is missing.
Although, if you can allow yourself to look past, the warranty part then, it seems to be a very good portable firefly vape. It carries a lot of great features which includes 45 minute full charge, a completely removable battery, a heavy design which is equally durable along with a glass heating chamber which results in better tasting “hit”.
Easy to Use
Feels great in the palm of your hand even though it does weigh about 3 times as much as the Pax. But don’t let that detour you from this piece because it’s weight are just proof that it was constructed very well.
To use the Firefly portable convection vape you simply have to load the chamber by first pulling the magnetic cover off, then by putting the cover back on, then you have to turn it on, press and hold the side button till the time it heats up, and then you can simply take your draw. All these directions actually shows you how simple and easy is this piece to use , we have found that you actually get a better “hit” if you heat up the chamber a little long just prior to taking your draw. So it will require a bit of experimenting at your end. One really good quality about this vape is that it would take only 45 minutes to completely heat up and a little herb would go a really long way. It is actually recommended that you should not fill the chamber with more than 0.2 grams at a time.
We aren’t too very thrilled with the fact that if you heat up the chamber prior to taking a draw you can only get about two chamber fulls on a charge, but at least it charges fast right.
